1929 Rassini established operations in Mexico
         as a leaf spring workshop.
1970 First exports to the American Motors Corp.
1974 Piedras Negras plants started
         operations.
1980 Coil Spring plants started operations.
1988 SANLUIS acquired RASSINI from AHMSA.
1988 Annual production capacity of Piedras Negras and
         Xalostoc was 44,000 and 24,000 tns.,. respectively.
1990 Torsion bars co-investment with NHK Spring Co.,
         and Nissho Iwai from Japan
1994 Acquisition of the brake components business., components business.
         Acquisition of rubber metal components business.
1995 Plant capacity expansions Piedras Negras to 72,000 tns. and Xalostoc to 28,000 tns.

  

 

1996 JV with Brembo S.P.A. a worldwide leader
         in brake design, JV with Hendrickson for
         Rodamex, heavy truck suspensions.
         acquisition for heavy truck brake components
        

         Acquisition of two suspension
         parts plants in Brazil, a JV with NHK
         Spring and Nissho Iwai of Japan
         Torsion bars plant expansion to 1.9 MM pcs.
          Investing 5 million USD.

1997 New plant in Piedras Negras with 60,000
         tons capacity, called Suspensiones Rassini.
